Heraeus/Fusion UV LC6B Benchtop Conveyors
Ideal for small production parts, the LC6B benchtop UV conveyor can handle substrates up to 7.5” wide, with an effective curing width of up to 6”. The system’s lamp and housing are adjustable to accommodate parts up to 3” high. A simple, unique mechanism allows the lamp to be rotated and set to any angle to part travel, or raised and lowered to vary its distance from the treated part.
The constant Air flow through the belt provides increased cooling and helps keep small, light parts in place throughout the curing process. An internal exhaust blower also assists with cooling, and the system’s single-piece molded housing provides easy access to internal components.
We currently feature four high quality models, with speeds ranging from 2.0 to 250 feet per minute (0.6 to 7.6 meter per minute). The speed is displayed on a digital indicator on the front panel. The front panel also houses a lamp control switch with an incorporated zero-speed sensor that provides lamp control and protection for the belt.
