The DoctorUV C2020 UV conveyor system is specially engineered to deliver high output, low temperature UV curing. Ideal for membrane switch manufacturing and similar applications, these conveyors are tested and approved for curing a wide range of UV inks, adhesives, coatings, and sealants.

C2020 UV conveyors utilize quartz hot mirrors and cold dichroic reflectors to provide strong, uniform UV coverage with minimal heat. Special UV lamp modules deliver over 6,000 hours of working life. With an 18” cure width, 4” part height capacity, and closed loop speed controls, this UV conveyor system offers dependable UV curing and outstanding versatility.

For parts that require larger cure widths, we also offer C3020 and C4020 model UV conveyors.
