VZero 85 XD with Shutter

The Integration Technology VZero 085 XD is a highly compact modular UV system specifically designed for the curing of high intensity applications. With an arc length of 85 mm and power output electronically variable from 80W/cm up to 200W/cm, this lamp represents one of the most effective, high output, high quality UV emitters of its size on the market. An integral shutter mechanism ensures immediate UV exposure time to the process, and with a comprehensive specification this system’s small footprint, high output and modular flexibility make it ideal for either production or development applications.

VZero Compact High Output Lamp

With an arc length from 85 mm to 270 mm and power output from 1200 watts to 3800 this lamp represents one of the most effective, high output, high quality UV emitters of its size on the market today. A comprehensive array of options is available to configure a lamp precisely to customer requirements. From ozone free quartz to coated dichroic reflectors, the options allow the customer to build a low budget system or to configure a system representing the cutting edge of UV technology. The VZero range offers a highly flexible package for use in a variety of applications including the curing of structural adhesives in product assembly, in jet encoding, inks and coatings in electronics manufacturing and paints/coatings on metals and plastics.
