UV Curing Systems for Excelitas Noblelight and Fusion UV Bulbs
Known for user-friendliness and used for decades worldwide, F Series UV curing systems are ideal for simplified production environments and lab settings. While, the LightHammer® Series is an advanced UV curing system with solid-state power supplies and real-time performance monitoring for reduced downtime. UV curing systems available from Excelitas Technologies include:
F300 Series: Reliable and economical, this UV curing system utilizes a 6”, 300-watt/inch, microwave-powered lamp for superior performance in a compact package.
F450 Series: This curing system delivers the same performance as the F300 but with a 10” lamp and 300-watt/inch output. Discontinued in 2017, the F450 Series power supply was replaced with a new solid-state version, and existing system users can upgrade their equipment with a new power supply component.
F600S Series: Featuring a 10”, 600-watt/inch bulb, the F600 offers double the power of the F300 system. The higher output increases UV curing effectiveness, with faster curing times, and can efficiently cure very thick coatings.
LightHammer® 6 MARK II: This UV curing system is ideal for precise curing applications with an adjustable output from 25% to 100% in 1% increments. The LightHammer® 6 has a 6” bulb that produces about 500 watts/inch.
LightHammer® 10 MARK III: Providing a maximum of 600-watt/inch, the LightHammer® 10 is adjustable from 35% to 100% in 1% increments for fine-tuned UV curing. This UV system offers advanced technology and features to deliver superior flexibility and unrivaled reliability in all applications.
